  House was in pretty bad shape after visiting In person. Man has 0 accountability for his business. response is "I have soo much work now, its ok if you don't want me as your prop mngr" that's how he handled our last interaction.

  Terribly unprofessional. After 2 months of trying to contact company to renew lease, they send us a sticky note in the mail saying what the new amount will be. We have paid the full amount on time every month along with bills. Then when we complained about how long it took and they told us they would not renew our lease. Giving us 2 weeks to leave. Which is fine we found another house with a much better landlord. Even if this is your last option i advise you to keep looking or u wish you a better experience
