- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This location, and Fifth Third Bank in general, has absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I have had MULTIPLE issues with Fifth Third including bank errors that they refused to take responsibility for, huge inconsistencies, and bogus fees for errors they actually made. I have reached my final straw and have decided it IS worth it to take the time to change over all our automatic deposits and payments to a different bank! Their ATM destroyed my card at the beginning of a 3-day weekend and the woman who answered the phone Tuesday morning could not have been more rude and contentious when I called to see if they could recover my card.
