- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Daughter and family live here. For its' age it's pretty well kept though I have seen the trash overflowing on numerous occasions. There is no fitness room despite the price being comparable to those that have 1. The layouts I saw were open with dining areas. I prefer more counter space but there's room for my daughters freezer in the kitchen. Pay laundry facilities in each building but not individual hook ups. Mature shade trees. Daughter prefers beach to pool so can't tell you about that area.By kat wagner, September 07, 2017
