  I would NOT waste my money here. This place is a joke. The first year we lived here was good but the second year has been TERRIBLE. First the apartments toilet above us leaked so much it rotten out bathroom ceiling and the ceiling had to be replaced. Also the washers are broken about 80% of the time here (they take forever to fix them) which even lead to our apartment living room being flooded from them. And the people above us we have made complaints about them stomping at all hours of the night and allll day, honestly interfering with my studying and SLEEP, and nothing has been done. Furthermore in the winter they leave HUGE snow piles taking up a majority of the parking lot so much that one time my boyfriend actually had to miss work because of the snow, someone had to park infront of the pile and it blocked him in. He called them at 6 am they did NOTHING! Didn’t even apologize, offer him any money off rent (for missing a 10 hour day of work) or come tow the vehicle in the way. They sent out a text that said at 3 pm the snow would be removed (like 3 in the afternoon helps anyone at that point) and they STILL did not even do that! The only good thing about DTN is the staff in the office if always very polite and smiling when you come in, but other than that I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE! This place is a joke! Don’t waste your money!!!! (I live in Walden Woods)
