  The layout of this Chase is ridiculous. Not only is it hard to find a parking spot most times, but they don't even have a drive-thru ATM. It's located outside! And since Chase essentially encourages customers to do most of their banking through the ATM now, what you end up with is a line of people standing out in the cold waiting to use the outdoor ATM while there is nobody inside the lobby or in line at their 3-lane drive up. I'd recommend that Chase, in general, redo most of their branches and focus more on ATM services so that customers can more easily pull in and do their business and leave. Additionally, this is the only Chase Bank on the west side of Lansing, so I would gather that is another reason why things get a bit chaotic here.

  In Lansing, Michigan they are unable to provide a notary seal in any of their branch.They say " Sorry, I don't have a notary seal". The offices at South Pennsylvania and Saginaw Hwy sent me to other banks different than Chase or other offices they have in other cities. It sounds ridiculouse for a bank to be unable have no way to legalize/notarize papers.Somebody may organize a charity event to help them get a notary seal since they need one that much.!
